Building Your Dream Ring

1. Select your diamond shape
Round, oval, marquise, antique cuts, and everything in between.
2. Choose your stone
Our design specialists hand-pick a selection of stones from our numerous stone suppliers based on your stone specifications (shape, size, colour etc.) From this selection, you choose the stone that speaks to you (though we believe that the stone chooses you!)
3. Design the ring
Love the glamour of a high-set ring? Want to emphasize the centre stones with side stones? We work with you on choosing your setting based on your lifestyle and maximizing the beauty of the ring.
4. Refine your vision
The last look until the finished piece! Review and approve a 3D rendering of your ring from our CAD designer before we bring it to life.
5. Production begins
All of our custom pieces are handcrafted by our master goldsmiths in our Toronto studio. Our production time is 6-8 weeks.

FAQs
Do you make custom pieces that aren't bridal or engagement?
Yes! We have made custom earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and charms to celebrate a special event (or just because!). We have also re-worked inherited heirloom pieces, such as an heirloom stone and remounted it into one of our many existing mounts. By working together with us, you can customize a piece to suit your preferences.
Is there anything you can't do?
At Anne Sportun Fine Jewelry, we pride ourselves on our ability to listen to all of our clients’ preferences so that we can assist in bringing to life their creative vision. When it comes to custom jewelry, we provide a high level of catering and consideration throughout the design process.
We can accommodate most requests, as long as they fall within the Anne Sportun design aesthetic. For inquiries regarding restrictions on custom work, please contact our customer service team at store@annesportunjewellery.com.
What is the “Anne Sportun" design aesthetic?
The Anne Sportun design aesthetic refers to the designs, patterns, textures, shapes, and styles that already exist in our collections. Our collections are constantly evolving with new ideas and creative styles, allowing plenty of choices when you create your custom piece with one of our design consultants.
Is there an added cost to having something custom made?
While custom work often requires more labour as we hand make your bespoke piece, we do not have "custom fees" - the final cost of your piece will depend on the materials and styles that you select. After your custom consultation, we will prepare a quote for your approval.
*Quotes are valid for two weeks, after which time a new quote will be needed.
As custom pieces are uniquely designed and created for each customer, they are entirely non-refundable.
How long does this process take?
From start to finish, the bespoke process takes approximately 6–8 weeks. If you require a custom piece to mark a special occasion, please consider this timeframe in order to ensure the item is completed on time.
I live outside of Toronto. Am I still able to create a custom piece?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations for our customers in other parts of Canada or those residing internationally.
